Do not include another member’s identity, clinical details, or location in ordinary email. Send your name, the email on the account, the screen you were on, and a short description.
Signing in
- Use the email on your approved SPERA account.
- If your center uses two-factor authentication, enter the current six-digit authenticator code.
- If you lose your authenticator, contact alumni staff at your treatment center for a reset. Do not share passwords or codes.
Access
New accounts require approval. Use Sign Up on the login screen, then wait for your alumni team. If a feature is missing, it may be limited to your role (alumni, outpatient client, resident, or staff).
Technical problems
Confirm you are online, close and reopen SPERA, then retry. When reporting a problem, include the approximate time, device type, and steps. Do not send screenshots that show another person’s information.
Account deletion
Signed-in members can delete their account at spera.piros.ai/account/delete (password + email confirmation). If you cannot sign in, email eric@pluggedinrecovery.com from the address on the account.
Crisis
SPERA is not an emergency service and is not monitored around the clock. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911. For suicide or mental-health crisis support in the United States, call or text 988.
